This depends on the peel you have. BioRePeel is sometimes described as a 'no-peel peel' — its unique formula resurfaces the skin with minimal visible peeling for most clients. You may notice some light flaking around days 3–5, but it is usually very subtle. The CLINICARE Peel may produce slightly more visible skin shedding depending on your skin type. BioRePeel in particular is formulated to be well tolerated by a wide range of skin types, including those that tend towards sensitivity. Its combination of TCA with amino acids, vitamins and biostimulators is designed to resurface without the harsh reaction associated with traditional peels. A full consultation and skin assessment is always carried out before any peel, and a patch test may be required. Peels are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and certain medications or skin conditions may affect suitability.

A single chemical peel delivers visible results for most clients. However, for more significant concerns such as pigmentation, acne scarring or deeper lines, a course of 3–6 peels spaced 2–4 weeks apart typically delivers the most transformative results.
